4JET receives award for „most innovative“ young company Supplier of laser systems for thinfilm PV wins national award.
The Alsdorf (Germany) based 4JET GmbH – a supplier of laser systems for processing thinfilm solar panels – has been awarded the national „GründerChampions 2009“ award.
During a ceremony in Berlin´s federal ministry of economics, 4JET received the award in the category “technical innovations” for its range of laser process solutions that are used in the thinfilm photovoltaics industry. 4JET had been selected from a group of over 200 companies to win the state award before now winning the national final. The KfW entrepreneur award „GründerChampions“ was awarded for the third time.
