4JET Technologies GmbH is launching a technology roadshow from mid-June until end of October. Live demonstrations of laser machines for cleaning vulcanizing molds and for tire marking will be performed at production facilities of the leading European tire producers.
“Our Tire Technology Truck makes it possible to present our high-tech developments to tire manufacturers everywhere in Europe.” explains Florian Schreiber, Key Account Manager Tire Industry.
4JET supplies machines and services for tire manufacturers in 25 countries. Now customers all over Europe can book an appointment with the Roadshow truck to get their tire molds cleaned or test tire marking equipment.
Laser based cleaning of tire molds has many advantages compared to alternative methods like CO2-dry ice cleaning. The laser does not damage the valve systems and it is a dry process. The machines have only low noise and CO2 emissions and are environmentally friendly. An average tire mold is cleaned in less than 30 minutes at minimum consumable cost.
The mobile laser machine for tire marking allows to create serial numbers, bitmap files, barcodes or the customer`s logo onto the tire surface, providing for a unique, human readable traceability over the entire product life.
