| Around 4JET, 4JET Technologies 4JET winner of Deutscher Gründerpreis Award 2011
4JET GmbH – supplier of laser systems to the photovoltaics- and automotive industry – has been awarded the Deutscher Gründerpreis Award 2011. The award – backed by Porsche, the German magazine STERN, ZDF Television and the Sparkasse Banking Group – was handed out to 4JET for exceptional growth and a business model that promises strong further growth.
Runners-up included Inventux Technologies AG – a leading supplier of micromorph thin-film modules – as well as OrWo Net AG that provides web based digital printing solutions. Bio-Tech company CEGAT GmbH received the award as the best start-up company.
About the German Founder’s Award
The German Business Founder Award is the most important award for outstanding entrepreneurs in Germany. The aim of the initiative is to promote a positive entrepreneurial climate in Germany and to encourage self-employment. The prize is awarded annually in the categories of students, StartUp, Climber and Life business.
