Laser system specialist 4JET Technologies GmbH will present a vast range of innovations during the upcoming Tire Technology Expo.

STMCS with light barriere — Stationary Tire Mold Cleaning System with automatic mold loading feature

Live on the show, 4JET will debut its next generation STMCS laser mold cleaning system. The redesigned machine is now available for tire mold sizes ranging from typical passenger car to truck- and bus tires. New features also include an automatic mold loading feature and an optional two-table design for maximized throughput.

4JET will also present its brandnew JETLASER handheld laser cleaning system that is used for touch up cleaning operations throughout the tire factory. The rugged yet ergonomically designed system features a maintenance free solid state laser and a sleek end effector design.

In addition, 4JET will present updates on 4JET´s SCANNECT QR-Code Marking Technology for tire traceability. With several large scale commercial projects under way, millions of QR coded tires will hit the road in 2018 – a major breakthrough for the unique, machine readable tire connectivity solution by 4JET.
